Andrew is a smart student. He has great background knowledge in the world of contact lenses. We feel very comfortable with him acting as the doctor for many of our patients. Andrew has been an eager learner ever since he stepped foot in Mid Ohio Eye. He is very professional with the patients and staff. He asks appropriate questions that he puts plenty of thought into in order to better his learning experience. Even with a hectic office flow, Andrew is always ready to attempt the next challenge. Andrew continued to soak up the knowledge from this externship experience. He asked great questions and was always discussing the most interesting cases he had seen during the day. He really saw a wide variety of diseases, treatment plans and surgeries the entire office enjoyed his time there and wish him the best of luck for a bright future/career!!!

Background/Character references
He is one of the most honest and trustworthy students that I have had as a student. I would trust him to get any job done. I really appreciate his positive attitude and enthusiasm. He quietly makes a strong impact on those who work around him. His attitude is refreshing in a world where young people often sit around waiting for someone else to do the work. He is a special, one of a kind young man. I can give Andrew Noble my very highest recommendation. I can rate Andrew in the top 5% of all students I have ever had at both the high school and college level.

It is my pleasure to recommend Andrew Noble. I have known Andrew for four years and have been affiliated with him as a seminary teacher and as and advisor to youth committees on which Andrew as served and as a friend of his family…I am most pleased to recommend Andrew, not just for what he does, but for what he is-a quality leader of the highest moral character. Above all, Andrew is good. He is honest, honorable and clean. He holds strictly to the moral standards and health code of the Mormon church. You can trust Andrew to keep his word, hold your money. He is one of the finest young men I have ever known.

I’ve had the unique pleasure of working with Andrew Noble for this past year as his ASB advisor and student government instructor. In that relatively short time I’ve grown to respect and admire this energetic, creative young man not only for his ability to get the job done in his role as ASB president, but also for his sensitivity to the needs and trials of others. Andrew excels…in everything. He’s ranked first in his class with a 4.0 cumulative GPA. In the community he is extremely active, he has literally been a part of dozens of community service projects and consistently volunteers his time to help others. However it is his impact on our student body which has left the greatest impression. Creative, effective, and ambitious, Andrew has done much to improve the climate of our high school. Each morning he stands at the front door of the building and greets students for the half hour before school. He knows how to motivate others and is and efficient and effective leader. Rarely have I encountered a student leader with the heart and enthusiasm of Andrew. And his sense of humor is unending. I have nothing but superlatives for this intelligent, good spirited, and other centered young man. He will succeed in all that he puts his hand to; it’s a habit that he has cultivated in his life. And he will always make his world better. That’s not a habit that’s his heart, his way of approaching life.

It was evident to me that Andrew has a strength of character with a great deal of positive leadership. His involvement in competition is an indication of his dedication and commitment to goals. His level of performance also indicates the mental toughness of preparation and follow through. He appears to have the ability to focus on difficult tasks and come through with flying colors. He has performed at the highest level in school leadership and academics.
